You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time and if you have not satisfied or unhappy with any of these terms or guidelines, you can discontinue the services provided by Quickbzar(QB). Further on accepting these terms, you are also agreeing to the listings by the Privacy Police and Listing Policy.

1. Using Quickbzar(QB)

We strive to have a positive impact on customers, employees, small businesses, the economy, and communities. Our prime moto is to allow our users who agrees with the terms to offer, sell, and buy products and services listed in the platform. You can be able to conduct payment and other transactions through the platform, but Quickbzar(QB) have no liability and control over such transactions. That means you have to use the services and platform at your own risk.
   • You further agree and understand that we do not authenticate, market or promote any of the listings, postings or information, or engage in the distribution of any of the goods and/ or services, you have posted, listed or provided information about on our site. Upon interacting with other user’s , we strongly recommend to practice judgment and common sense before committing to or complete intended sale, purchase of any goods or services or exchange of information.

2. Conduct
   

   You agree that your listing, posting, and/or Information :

   • Violates any law or regulation.
   • Shall not pertain to the sale of any illegal, counterfeit, stolen goods and / or services.
   • That is copyrighted , protected by trade secret or trademark, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights and that violates any of the foregoing intellectual property rights of any party.
   • Shall not pertain to good , services of which you are not the lawful owner or you do not have the authority or consent to 'list' which do not belong to you or you do not have the authority for.
   • Shall not consist of material that is an expression of bigotry, racism or hatred based on age, gender, race, religion, caste, class, lifestyle preference, and nationality and / or is in the nature of being derogatory, slanderous to any third party.
   • that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful towards any individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

   • That employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.
   • Shall not be placed in a wrong category or in an incorrect area of the site.
   • Shall not be placed in any other Quickbazr site except on the site that relates to the city in which you are located.
   • shall not list or post or pertain to information that is either prohibited or restricted under the laws of the Republic of India and such listing, posting or information shall not violate Quickbzar(QB)'s Listing Policy.

3. Eligibility
   

   Can have the access to www.Quickbzar.com by registration with unique User ID and Password and applicable to persons who are citizens of India. Also should above 18 years of age and to the persons who can enter into legally binding contract. If you were representing in terms of a legal entity, the authorization of the content should be of your responsibility.
   
   

4. Paid Services
   

   Paid services refers to the charge that need to be paid when the user tried to post a content or utilizes some areas of the services. In order to post paid services we may have to enter into an agreement with Quickbzar(QB). The terms and conditions for posting a particular content should also be need to be fulfilled in case of paid services. Feature Ads are one of the provision offered which enables the display of advertisement in the designated area of the website or can be displayed in a highlighted manner helping to distinguish and specify that particular content.
   
   

5. Abuse of Quickbzar(QB)

The concerned person have the right to take down, modify or terminate the services and can take all reasonable technical and legal steps to prevent the misuse of the site. 6. Violations by User
   

   If the specified content are not satisfying the terms and conditions listed in the agreement or listing policy, the corresponding team have the right to eliminate or suspend your membership of the site and the access to the site were also denied if any other person working on your behalf.
