BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Kindly note booking will be held on a confirmed basis on receipt of full prepayment. Please revert with the transaction
details once the payment is done.
2. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you/your guest holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange an
alternative accommodation.
3. As per government of India rules, it is mandatory for all Indian guests to present a valid photo ID (Passport / Aadhaar card /
Driving license / Voters id).
4. All non-Indian guests should carry / submit the original passport and valid visa at the time of arrival.
5. In case of OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), a valid OCI certificate to be produced.
6. Without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check-in.
7. In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for
the entire stay.
8. All special requests including early check in are purely subject to availability
